When you order $125 or more of our gift items, we will ship those items FREE of charge via Regular Ground Shipping. If you choose a 2 day or 3 day shipping option, your shipping charges will not be deleted or reduced. Shipping Charges are not deleted automatically on your Yahoo order form, we will delete the ground shipping charges on orders of $125 or more of our gift items when your order is processed and we will email you a confirmation of this adjustment. Our pewter items are not mass produced and in some cases, depending on the item, orders may take up to 8-10 days before being sent out. Your credit card safety and security is very important to us. Orders and credit card transactions can be placed using our secure online cart system sponsored by Yahoo. Just click on the photo of the item you are interested in and then click on the order button. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard and Visa. Sales Tax We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Arkansas. Orders shipped outside the state of Arkansas will be tax exempt. Shipping Information Standard shipping is by United Parcel Service Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or U.S. Postal Service w/confirmation of delivery. The gifts sold by Moose Harbor Gifts are shipped from various locations and warehouses throughout the United States. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries. If your order consists only of books, your total shipping charge will be adjusted to $2.50 per book. This is a special rate for book orders only. Delivery for most items is 7 to 10 business days after the processing of the order. Each Lamp, Suncatcher and Tea Light in our STAINED GLASS COLLECTION is a statement to genuine stained glass craftsmanship. Warranty All of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. In the unlikely event that order is damaged, please notify us by email admin@moosehargorgifts.com within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. We will issue a return authorization number to you with instructions. Products may not be returned without a return authorization. If the product is defective, we will replace the products under the warranty policy Additional Information How to Clean Pewter Pewter can be cleaned or renewed in several ways. 1. Wiping with a damp cloth can remove many stains or dust build-ups. 2. If the item has a highly polished finish, some light tarnish can be removed with pewter polish. Do not use silver polish on pewter. 3. If the item has a satin or matte finish, you can rub it gently with very fine 0000 steel wool. It is best to try a small spot on the bottom first to see how it looks.
